Drive to Kaymaklı Underground City, one of the most interesting underground site in Cappadocia. Soğanlı Valley, The Soganli valley is approximately 25 km and it is one of the areas examined by R.P. Guillaume de Jerphanion. Different from Urgup and Goreme, both sides of the Soganli valley are surrounded by upright Trakyt walls that are 60 degrees the ground. It is similar to Selime, Yaprakhisar and Ihlara. The trakyt and basalt rock massives that are formed on a thick tuff layer are cracked as a result of the movements of the earth and the water collapsed the sides of it in time, and what we see in the area appeared as a result. Thousands of tomb rooms and mummy cases from Roman and Byzantine time are perplexing to the visitors.

Continue with Keslik Monastery. Keslik Monastery is located between Urgup and Kaymakli in Cappadocia, Turkey. The monastery was built in volcanic tuff stone and used in Byzantine Era until end of Ottoman Empire in the 1920s years. The monastery consists of a small church, cells and a frater, the dining room for the monks and a garden outside. Due to many robbers and military conflicts in the region, the monks had a safe room and when they were in need, they could close the door by a big and heavy millstone and escape in a tunnel under the monastery and garden.

Last stop is a visit to Mustafapaşa (Sinasos), ormer name of Mustafapaşa during the Ottoman empire era was Sinasos. It had a mixed population. Greek People and Karamanlides (Turkish speaking Christians) constituted the majority of the population and Muslim Turks constituted the rest. Although situated far from the seas Sinasiotes (Greeks from Sinasos) who temporarily migrated to İstanbul, were known to be the traders of seafood and especially caviare. The small town had many eloborate houses by the wealth from İstanbul.in 1924 however by the Population exchange between Greece and Turkey agreement, Greeks and Karamanlides left the town for Nea Sinasos a town in the northern part of the island of Euboea in Greece. They were replaced by Bulgarian muslims and Turks from Kastoria, a town in northern Greece. During the exchange years the town lost its former prosperity. Day2–Cappadocia
After breakfast, will drive to rock formations beyond belief in Devrent valley; walking in Pasabag near Zelve; “fairy chimneys” where the voice of wind mixes with the “songs of fairies”. Afternoon, visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum and see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock shapedt churches with frescoes and paintings (10th to 13th century). Continue to Uchisar Rock-Castle to have a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia. Transfer to airport to take the evening flight
